Dr Matthew believes health comes from a balanced life and tries to implement this in his own life through diet and exercise in combination with work and relaxation. He enjoys reading and going to the gym.
Dr Matthew was first introduced to Chiropractic at the age of 12 when he suffered a bulging disc after an incident while swimming. His first-hand experience with leg weakness, numbness, inability to sleep and constant pain means he is able to empathise with those patients in acute and chronic pain.
